Witness Statement
- [Good afternoon. I will not have much to add on this as I was not paying attention to Mr. Falkenlove much. We were in an active arrest of Meleri Fox who was carrying a firearm. While detaining her, Willy Figglebottom was driving up with his vehicle telling her to hop in, with the doors shut. During the arrest, Mr, Thompson asked Jack to leave, but he did not comply with said orders. I witnessed Jack open the rear door of the vehicle and laugh, when he was taken into custody by Sergeant Thompson. My bodycam would not really have anything to add to it, but I would gladly give whatever bodycam I have if requested for the courts. ((I would have just RP bodycam, not full on video))
Anything else I can help with I would love to be of assistance! ]

Incident Date: 23/Jan/2025
Witness Information
- Name: Clay Thompson
Date of Birth: 30/May/1995
Phone Number: Redacted
Occupation: Staff Sergeant, LSSD
Witness Statement
- My unit was patrolling through Bayview when we spotted a masked individual with a gun, I notified my partner Vince Taylor and we exited the vehicle to ID the individual, we IDd them as Mel Fox who did not have an active gun license. While Deputy Taylor was dealing with Mel Fox who was placed in Cuffs, Jack Falkenlove walked up into the scene and proceed to put his arms around the Deputy while he was dealing with his 10-15. I instructed Jack to back up and stay away from the scene. Jack Falkenlove proceeded to walk about 10 feet away before making odd comments such as "There's 6 of us we can take them". This is when a Jugular parked up next to us and started to tell our 10-15 to get in the vehicle so they could evade, thankfully they were not able to do this as they were cuffed and the doors were closed. This is when Jack Falkenlove walked towards the scene, and the vehicle and opened up the back door facing Mel Fox as I was attempting to get the vehicle to leave. I quickly closed the door and shouted enough and went back to the Jugular who I was yelling at to leave.
As I put my attention back towards the vehicle Jack Falkenlove approached the Jugular once more and opened the door for Mel Fox before running away in an attempt to conceal their actions. I immediately closed the door again and put Jack Falkenlove in cuffs for Obstruction of Justice, at the same time we got the original 10-15 Mel Fox into the back of our cruiser without further issue.

* The bodycam would start with Deputy Thompson & Taylor inside a cruiser patrolling, they would head through Bayview stopping on the way out and reversing, you'd be able to hear the two begin discussing having visual on a masked woman with a gun on her hip. The Deputies would then exit the vehicle and approach the woman who would become reluctant to cooperate and show their ID. The Deputies would eventually IDd the woman and confirmed she did not have a firearms license, this is when a crowd formed around them, the woman was then placed in Cuffs.
As Deputy Taylor was cuffing and patting down the woman to disarm her Jack Falkenlove would approach, stepping within inches of the Deputy and proceeded to place his arms around the Deputy and hug him, this is when Deputy Thompson can be heard telling Jack Falkenlove to take a stay away from the Deputy and the scene, in which they did comply at the time for. Jack Falkenlove can be seen backing up from the scene as the Deputy continued to attempt to pat down the woman and disarm her. At this time, a red Jugular would approach the Deputies and their 10-15, stopping next to them and telling the 10-15 female to get in their vehicle so they can run, the doors of the Jugular would be closed until Jack Falkenlove infront of Deputy Thompsons bodycam would approach the scene once more and open the Jugulars back door facing the 10-15 before turning around and running away from the scene again.
Deputy Thompson would be seen being fast and reactive, closing the Jugulars door before going back and telling the vehicle to leave as Deputy Taylor would continue to handle the 10-15 female. Jack Falkenlove would then proceed to approach the scene once again infront of Deputy Thompsons bodycam, approach the Jugular and open the door that was facing the 10-15 female before turning away and running behind the crowd away from the Scene, after Jack Falkenlove can be seen running away after opening the door the second time Deputy Thompson would then close the Jugulars door, approach Jack Falkenlove and place them in cuffs before reading them their rights and placing them in the back of their cruiser, along with the original female 10-15.

COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Jack Falkenlove
#25-BT-0102
A decision was reached in the above case on the 3rd day of August, 2025.
Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
Respectfully,
