INCIDENT NARRATIVE
- Incident Date: 18/MAY/2025
Explain what happened, sufficient detail must be given to justify the placed charges, videos could be provided.
- Sergeant Jamie Lockwood, responded to a METRO pager for a warrant on a property search, along with Officer Powell from DSU and Liutenant Sanchez from METRO. Detective Molloy was the one who called METRO for the assist with breaching and securing the property. SED was Assisting as METRO did not have many units on shift.
During the sweep of the location, an Officer outside reported a unknown person on an adjacent rooftop. The Suspect opened fire on officer and the METRO units, Sergeant Lockwood included, returned outside the building to assist. GOB units were called into the JTAC as an SD deputy that had assisted with the Scene security was injured, later killed.
During the shooting, a Black Drauger pulled up on the northside of the scene, dismounting with firearms, aiming them at officers and opening fire. One of the suspects were Romeo Knight. Romeo Knight was taken down by an SD deputy and taken to safety and administered treatment by Officer Alfie Bower. Officer Bower stated that the suspect was read his Miranda rights prior to the pat down and treatment as he was conscious throughout. The Suspect, Romeo Knight, was observed firing at SD deputies, he was in possession of a Class 1 and a Class 2 firearm, the later with illegal modifications, a shot up body armor aswell a vest with the kevlar still intact, aswell as a blunt.
At this point, the shooting had ended, the Suspect on the roof had been neutralized, later ID'ed as Ty Knight, shot and killed an SD deputy on the roof north of the building.
Officer Alfie Bower was in charge of the Suspect Romeo Knight, but had to fly out of the city, so his belongings were placed in the back of the METRO TARV and the Suspect was transported to Mission Row and taken with a METRO convoy to DOC.
The transport from Mission row was severely delayed as Ty Knight was taken from upper pillbox by Anton Donald, after a 4th Empire member shot and killed the transporting officer.
The Issi Sport driven by Anton Donald was fought and Ty Knight aswell as Anton Donald, were taken to Mission Row for transport as well.

- I recall the scene related to this arrest. I was responding as a member of SWAT, executing a search warrant on two properties located west of the Los Santos Bank. While we were performing the searches, several gang members began to shoot at the units assigned to scene security outside. I was driving around the scene looking for hostiles when I located a heavily armed suspect shooting at officers behind the property on Clinton Avenue. I dismounted and assisted in shooting & injuring this man, who was identified as Romeo Knight. I resumed my SWAT duties and did not have any further involvement in this arrest.

- I responded to a rquest for METRO for a house raid on Vinewood Blvd. I Arrived with Liutenant Sanchez and Detective Powell was already on scene. We began to clear the facility after breaching the door, several locked doors were encountered so i spent a while holdinga hallway while my colleagues breached the remaining doors.
Given the low amount of units we had available, we called for backup from SD. During the sweep, an Officer called out that an unknown individual was on a rooftop overseeing the enterance to the garage and near the front door. They then opened fire on the Officers outside the property.
METRO halted the raid to exit and assist. During the shootout a black drauger with 2 occupants pulledup to the scene and 2 heavily armed individuals esxited, among them was Romeo Knight, he opened fire on the
During the shooting, a Black Drauger pulled up on the northside of the scene, dismounting with firearms, aiming them at officers and opening fire. One of the suspects were Romeo Knight.
I was engaing the suspect on an adjacent rooftop and i did not see the exchange between Romeo knight and the deputies, but i did see who was later unmasked as Romeo, dismount the vehicle and withdraw a firearm.
All the initial treatment was done by Officer Bower, he read him hos rights, secured him and treated him, I was informed over Email that Officer Bower had Placed Romeos evidence in the Cruiser i had arrived in, Officer on scene and MD overlooked Romeo until the scene concluded.
As the Arresting officer was unable to remain on scene ((OOC issues and had to leave)) So i transported and finished the arresting process.

- Detective Dean Molloy has asked METRO and GND units to attend the meeting room for an operation on a property around Vinewood BLVD to be searched as he has an accepted search warrant from JB. Officer Jayson Powell has asked to attend it and was granted permission by Detective Molloy. METRO and DB units were attending it along with multiple GND and METRO units from SD. During the operation, a detective was on Empire's frequency and heard them preparing to fight for the property. All of the units on scene were ready for that, when Romeo Knight arrived on a Black Drauger to the back alley of the property and shots were exchanged between him and the units on scene. The units managed to apprehend him and neutralize him. A BLS was given and he was taken to Pillbox MD for further treatment and subsequently to Mission Row holding cells. He was held there for a while before being transported over to the BollinBroke facility to serve his sentence.
Officer Jayson Powell did not shoot him when shots were exchanged and only interacted with him after he was already neutralized on the ground and BLS was given.

A decision was reached in the above case on the 10th day of August, 2025.
Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant.
