San Andreas Judicial Branch Judicial Branch To Host Open Court Session For Bench Trials "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW" |

The San Andreas Judicial Branch are pleased to announce a dedicated Open Court session to be held on 7pm ((UTC)) Sunday, May 11 and will continue for a few hours, specifically designated for hearing all bench trial cases with a completed Motion for Discovery.
During this session defendants:- Check in with Judicial Branch staff at the front lobby/desk area,
- Meet with a defense attorney,
- Have their case heard on a first come first serve basis. No need to file your availability online!
We are requesting private attorneys to attend, as we may not have enough public attorneys available. Please be advised the only payment we will be able to offer for your possible services is the Attorney Performance Bonus.
The Attorney Performance Bonus System will be in full effect during this session for both private and public defense attorneys.

Please note: Defendants who do not have legal counsel present may be asked self-represent.
As such, all defendants are strongly encouraged to communicate with their legal representatives ahead of the session, or come fully prepared to advocate on their own behalf.
