The Los Santos Police Department had failed to inform me about my Firearms being revoked due to " Failure to report a name change " which had resulted in me being charged after I went to do defend myself against someone attacking me.

• Pursuant to the case of State of San Andreas v. Leo Devil; Prosecuting Attorney Adithya Ramesh, Public Defense Attorney Piper Johnson, and the defendant, Leo Devil, have entered into agreement, the terms of which are as follows;

  2. Former Charges
     The state shall pursue the current charges listed above, in place of the original charges listed below:
     1. WM02 - Possession of a Class 1 Firearm
     2. WM03 - Criminal Use of Weapon Modifications
     3. WF01 - Assault with a Deadly Weapon
  3. General Provisions
     • The defendant agrees to plead guilty to the Current Charges outlined in Section I. The State waives the right to pursue the Former Charges outlined in Section II in regards to this particular incident. The defendant will not be required to pay court fees or associated appeal fees.
  4. Waiver of Rights
     • It is CRITICAL that you read this section of the plea agreement thoroughly. By signing this document, the defendant agrees to surrender certain rights, notably; the defendant may not further appeal charges agreed to within this plea bargain.
       
       This agreement may not be terminated at the discretion of an defendant, the defendant's counsel, nor the prosecution; it may only be terminated by the presiding judge under strict guidelines set forth by the Supreme Court of San Andreas.

A Plea Agreement was filed by the Prosecution and accepted by the court. Within the agreement, the defendant pled guilty to the charge(s) of WM03 - Criminal Use of Weapon Modifications, WF01 - Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and the defendant pled not guilty to WM02 - Possession of a Class 1 Firearm.
