Appointment of River Paige as new Chief of EMS
- The San Andreas State Government is thrilled to announce that River Page is to be officially appointed as the Chief of the Los Santos Emergency Medical Services. This marks a new chapter in the agency's history and a testament to River's commitment to the City of Los Santos.
River’s journey with LSEMS began in July of 2022. From the start, River showed immense promise, quickly rising through the ranks due to her hard work and passion for EMS. River’s passion extended through numerous divisions within LSEMS including the Crisis Response Unit, Field Training, BLS and Recruitment and Employment where she held various senior ranks.
River’s extensive experience, both inside of LSEMS and out, provided a solid foundation for her leadership role allowing her to support various teams and strengthen the overall effectiveness of LSEMS operations as she served as Interim Chief for the last two months.
Her time as Interim Chief has been well spent, having achieved severely significant milestones which include:Chief of EMS - River Paige wrote:Being a part of LSEMS has been one of the greatest honors of my life. Since first joining the department in 2022, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most dedicated and passionate individuals I’ve ever known. I’m deeply proud of all we’ve accomplished, both during my time in leadership and under those who paved the way before me. And I’m even more excited for the future. Together, we’ll continue to grow, adapt, and lead this department into bold, uncharted waters.
Reopening all divisions within LSEMS, while maintaining confidence that the agency was functioning at full capacity and supporting both new recruits and seasoned professionals.
Appointed two additional command members allowing her to have a strong leadership team to continue to push LSEMS’ initiatives further. Her new command team consists of Ally Quinn, Frost Fox, and Charles Swift.
She has overseen the beginning of construction on a psych ward, addressing the growing need for mental health care and support for both LSEMS personnel and the residents of Los Santos.
She expanded the LSEMS team with 25 new personnel added between new recruits and reinstatements, while also processing over 50 applications in the process.
