- Why would you like to lead the Public Relations for the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (Minimum of 125 words)
- I am eager to lead the Public Relations for the San Andreas Judicial Branch. Since starting at SADOC, I have had the opportunity to work with some outstanding staff members of the Judicial Branch while providing correctional services. I find this area of work appealing, and I would love to promote and collaborate with these talented individuals to enhance the team further.
My colleagues from SADOC will attest to my dedication to making the workplace more inviting. I would like the public to see the great work that goes on behind the scenes so they can better understand how the court system operates and get to know the people who work within the Judicial Branch on a more personal level.
- Since starting at Weazel about a year ago, I discovered a passion for creating content for Lifeinvader, sharing news, and finding unique ways to keep the city entertained and engaged. I used these skills to build connections within Los Santos and made a significant leap in June by joining SADOC. I initially started as the Lifeinvader representative, handling various tasks, but then Mr. Oliver Dutch presented me with an opportunity to prove myself for the position of Head of Public Relations at SADOC.
I worked diligently, coming up with new ideas for events, such as the Run for the Ribbon charity event, which raised a record amount for a great cause. I also developed innovative ways to involve the public in our monthly press releases. Additionally, I try to keep our staff motivated each week by assigning fun tasks; for example, today is "Bring Your Bike to Work Day" in honor of Earth Day, and the best-looking bike will win $100,000 from my pocket.
At the end of the day, my goal is to make people happy and bring everyone together.
- I believe my work speaks for itself. Without wanting to come across as egotistical, I think my strong work ethic and my constant drive to generate unique ideas sets me apart from others. One of my key skills is morale building. For instance, when a staff member at SADOC needs support, I've created an Employee Spotlight feature on Lifeinvader to give them a boost and let them know that people are looking out for them. This is just one of the new ideas I’ve introduced at SADOC to improve staff morale. Additionally, I’ve produced various videos and posters that I’ve placed around the department to motivate the team.
- I've been a supervisor at SADOC since November and Head of PR since about October within DOC, and I'm very self-motivated.

- In the first 30 days, I will make an effort to get to know everyone on the team and learn about their interests outside of work, as well as what motivates them to get out of bed in the morning. I plan to share this information with the public through a "Get to Know the Staff" post on Lifeinvader, helping the community better understand our team. I've often done this in the past, and I think it would be a great starting point for myself in the department because even myself i don't know what Branch administrator Hope Kant's favourite Taylor Swift song is!
Additionally, I want to deepen my understanding of the team to plan future events, both in-house and externally, tailored specifically for our employees at JB. I also aim to infuse my own ideas and flair into press releases and establish a relationship with the public through Lifeinvader, highlighting the great work that often goes unnoticed.
Ultimately, I want to familiarise myself with the role, build relationships, and leverage my contacts at Weazel to secure future trial dates and publicise these trials as quickly as possible. This would give people the opportunity to witness the excellent work JB does and the effort that goes into these trials. The greater the popularity, the better.
