Official Witness Statement
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"
Case Information
- Case Number: [Case Number]
Incident Date: [08/APR/2025]
Witness Information
- Name: [Zero Hunter]
Date of Birth: [08/JAN/1995]
Phone Number: [REDACTED]
Occupation: [Investigator - LSSD]
Witness Statement
- [I was undercover watching over the 68 Bank due to suspicions of a group of people attempting to rob the bank. I sat by behind a tree and watched numerous vehicles arrive and get out, getting into the bank. Russo was one of the individuals who arrived at the bank. Multiple units arrived silently and were able to secure the front of the bank. Most of the suspects ran out of the bank after having committed the attempted robbery. I attempted to tase numerous people, and Russo was one of them. Russo got in his vehicle, tried to leave and drive off, but only because I managed to tase him mid-accelerating, would he fall out and onto the floor. His resisting charge comes from me attempting to cuff him, but he would resist them, pushing me off him and again attempting to run. Finally, when checking his car, a GPS tracking device was found.]
Witness Affirmation
- I, [Zero Hunter], affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))

Date: [22/MAY/2025]
* The bodycam footage would show Hunter undercover, watching over the bank and arriving on the scene with multiple units as they got out of their vehicles and covered the front door. At this moment, shots began to be fired from behind the units, hitting numerous deputies and officers. Attention would stay facing the bank entrance, and the suspects would all run out at the same time, trying to get onto their bikes. Numerous individuals would get onto their bikes and leave/try to leave. Hunter managed to tase 3 different suspects, all of whom got onto their bikes or cars and began to evade, who were either accelerating, slowing down or crashing.
Russo would be one of these individuals seen leaving the bank. He would start to drive off and be tased and stopped, and cuffs would be attempted. He would then resist the cuffing and get tased again. He would Russo would finally be detained and placed into a car, where he would wait and be taken to DOC by Lawless. I remained on the scene to wait for the impounding of the vehicles. Whilst unlocking and searching vehicles, in the vehicle checked to be registered to Phil Russo, a GPS tracker would be found in the glovebox.

Hello, @Sayaka Yukimura
At this time, I am asking the court for a continuance. I have not been assigned a public defender at this time.
((The reasoning I am requesting a continuance is ooc. The "bodycam footage" provided is not factual. I would like to state that I requested Zero to record his POV.
@Terence Williams and @Zero Hunter Please review "Exhibit #3: Bodycam footage - Investigator Zero Hunter, 08/APR/2025" And update the RP. You are stating things in which I did not do. Update the wording to reflect what happened or simply remove any refence to my name.
If this is not updated in 40 hours I will have to report you both for powergaming. ))
Thank you,
Phil Russo

Superior Court of San Andreas
"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"
COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Phil Russo
#25-BT-0087
A decision was reached in the above case on the 27th day of July, 2025.
Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
Respectfully,
