While I enjoyed my time as a DCC driver, I eventually realized it wasn’t the career I was meant to pursue. It left me unfulfilled, and I felt the need for a role that could have a real impact on others’ lives. A traumatic experience, where I was kidnapped and terrorized, intensified this desire. It allowed me to truly understand the fear, vulnerability, and trauma that victims face. This experience reaffirmed my commitment to help others in similar situations. It fueled my determination to fight for justice, protect the innocent, and work toward a safer, more secure community.

2.2 Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants?
I want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections because I’m passionate about ensuring safety, upholding justice, and contributing to rehabilitation. Having experienced trauma myself, I understand the importance of helping vulnerable individuals. Working in corrections allows me to guide others toward a better future. My dedication to making a positive impact, ability to remain calm under pressure, and strong sense of duty set me apart. I’m committed to serving my community and upholding justice.

Im not a felon.

I worked as a trainee for DCC, but I soon realized it wasn't the right fit for me. I then applied to the SD, but after recognizing that I lacked enough experience, I decided to apply to DOC.
