    INCIDENT NARRATIVE
    • Explain what happened, sufficient detail must be given to validate the justify the placed charges, videos could be provided.
      • Officers Fury and Heines responded to a house robbery in Chumash when they sensed someone was nearby. They exited the building to find a black scout or SUV leaving the area. Officer Heines gathered some items from the floor and asked for an SD investigator to check them for prints. Eventually, the GPS on the floor revealed the prints of one Bo Vespucci.

    • I pulled over bo for not having a plate, and I later found out he had a warrant out for House robbery. He started to evade up in the hills and ended up crashing his Kamacho into a house. He hopped out on foot, and started running. He ran for a little bit, and then ran Infront of a vehicle, and was hit by it. He then put his hands up and was cuffed, I patted him down and founded 20k or more in marked cash so Seargeant Thompson told me to give him grand theft. I then transported him to DOC, and they took over. PD put the house robbery on his record.
      He is getting GF10 for having 20k worth of packed on him
      He is getting VFO1 for evading
      He is getting GM04 for resisting arrest

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
