Our unit turned on our lights and sirens, telling the man to stop and we wanted to talk with him. At this time Marcel Jackson began pushing his way out of the entrance of Burgershot trying to flee, and in the process hit a civilian with his vehicle, began evading from our unit. We initiated a pursuit which lasted for a couple minutes before Marcel Jackson stopped his vehicle, got out on foot and began resisting arrest and running on foot before eventually being tazed and cuffed.
