Case Information
- Case Number: TBD
Incident Date: 24/03/2025
Witness Information
- Name: Jucio Korbel
Date of Birth: 08/12/2000
Phone Number: 5562848
Occupation: LSSD Deputy
Witness Statement
- On the evening of the 24th of March 2025, I was assisting fellow deputies in securing and transporting a separate 10-15 to DOC. as we carried this out, the suspect later identified as Marcel Jackson repeatedly inserted himself into the situation, verbally abusing attending deputies as well as the 10-15. We repeatedly ordered him to leave the area, And it was only under threat of being detained himself for obstruction of justice that he did so.
Not two minutes later, Marcel Jackson, driving his vehicle, sped past the upper pillbox drop off area northbound in excess speed, yelling obscenities at attending LEOs and the 10-15 before he collided with my K9 Cruiser (with my K9 inside.) which was parked roadside with lights on with such force that he stalled his own vehicle. I and other LEOs rushed to both check on my K9 and detain Marcel Jackson. My K9 cruiser was parked appropriately, with emergency lights on and flashing.
On detaining and transporting Mr Jackson to DOC, he also made several threats to the life and wellbeing of myself and my K9. I recall him clearly stating how he was "going to skin that bitch and make shoes out of her."
Per the penal code of the state of S.A, All K9s are considered government employees. Marcel Jackson had been given multiple opportunities to leave the area peacefully and without recourse. He instead chose to further antagonise and jeopardize the situation. putting multiple LEOs at risk with his actions. It is a Miracle no one was more seriously hurt through his reckless driving.
Witness Affirmation
- I, Jucio Korbel, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))
Signed,

Jucio Korbel
Deputy Sheriff III
Los Santos County Sheriffs Department
Date: 1/04/2025
* The Bodycam Footage would show Marcel jackson obstructing the arrest and transport scene at upper pillbox, him leaving then coming back in a vehicle and colliding with the K9 cruiser, the subsequent arrest and him making threats of a serious nature to both Deputy Korbel and her K9 including the phrase "ill skin that bitch and make shoes out of her."

A decision was reached in the above case on the 3rd day of Month, 2025.
Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability.
