I served as a law enforcement officer for a few months and am already familiar with some procedures, having arrested numerous criminals, transported them to DOC, and even self-processed them on occasion. I am typically very patient with 10-15's, pay attention to the details, and always try to work efficiently. Although outside of the LSPD, I feel it is worth mentioning that within SAGOV, I have earned the rank of Security Deputy Director, working in SAGOV for nearly a year consecutively. My combined experience should prepare myself to take on a staff role and contribute quality work to SADOC.

3. Reason for Resignation
3.1 Why are you leaving/why did you leave your current department?
I left law enforcement to focus on my command role at SASG and further develop GSB. I am still committed to this role in the government, but I also feel that now is a good time to try something new, especially while City Hall is quiet.
3.2 What qualifications do you have that would be an asset to the San Andreas Department of Corrections?
While working for the police department, I completed basic police training and spent over three months in the line of duty. During that time, I received certifications for the Pump Shotgun, Stingers, and the Specialized Motorcycle. I joined the Field Training Division to train cadets and hone in on my own skills. I also worked in TED, educating and protecting civilian drivers in the Traffic Enforcement Division. Additionally, during this period, I was simultaneously progressing through the ranks at SAGOV as a Security Agent.
Today, I am the head of the Recruitment and Training Division for GSB and have been responsible for developing these divisions over the past few months. I review and oversee all incoming applications and have modified and replaced outdated training procedures and handbooks to ensure continuous improvement. Even more changes and improvements are still to come!
