"TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE" |
MUGSHOT
- SUSPECT DETAILS
-
Full Name: Ivy Raven
Phone Number: 2712264
Licenses Suspended: Yes
Officers Involved:
- Police Sergeant I Aiden Beta
Charges:
- VF01 - Evading an Officer
- VF04 - Felony Public Endangerment

- WM02 - Possession of a Class 1 Firearm
INCIDENT NARRATIVE
- Incident Date: 16/MAR/2025
Explain what happened, sufficient detail must be given to justify the placed charges, videos could be provided.
- Aiden responded to a Bank robbery at Chumash. A lot of bikes fled the scene and we lost VC of them. Aiden found Ivy Raven along with a passenger up at Kortz center, not far away from the bank changing clothes. Aiden pulled over the Gargoyle for matching the description and being in the general area. The passenger got off and ran away, and Ivy started evading on her Gargoyle. Ivy evaded for a long time and then started to drive through Bennies. She circled Bennies around 5 times, almost hitting a lot of civillians in the way. Ivy finally stalled at Bennies parking lot and was arrested. Isabella found Packed Money, and a pistol on Ivy. Percy transported her to DOC.
EVIDENCE DETAILS
- Document the possessions confiscated from the arrested suspect.
Possessions are to be documented individually, examples of documented illegal possessions are "Pistol .50" or "12 grams of Cocaine". Legal possessions that can be categorized may be grouped, eg. "Clothing" to describe all clothing items. Body camera footage/pictures may be attached as an evidence exhibit.
Where possible, the serial number of each firearm seized as evidence should be noted.
-
Illegal Possessions:
Exhibit A: Packed Money
Exhibit B: Wm29 Pistol
Legal Possessions:
* The bodycam footage would show the events unfold as Aiden stated, with the bank notes in the bags coming back to Chumash bank.

ISSUANCE OF VERDICT
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Ivy Jefferson
#25-CM-0075
A decision was reached in the above case on the 12th day of July, 2025.
The court finds there was more than enough probable cause to initiate the traffic stop, and the defendant evaded from the police then for VF01 - Evading an Officer. Given the body-camera evidence, the court finds that the prosecution has met its burden of proof of VF04 - Felony Public Endangerment by showing the defendant "placing the public in acute danger" through their high speeds through the mechanic shop. Furthermore, the physical evidence provides undisputable proof of the WM02 - Possession of a Class 1 Firearm charge, and stolen money from the bank lending the charge of SF07 - Bank Robbery.
It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
- On the count of VF01 - Evading an Officer, I find the defendant, Ivy Jefferson, guilty.
- On the count of VF04 - Felony Public Endangerment, I find the defendant, Ivy Jefferson, guilty.
- On the count of WM02 - Possession of a Class 1 Firearm, I find the defendant, Ivy Jefferson, guilty.
- On the count of SF07 - Bank Robbery, I find the defendant, Ivy Jefferson, guilty.
As with all cases, the court reserves the right to seek recompense for its time, effort, and resources expended on any case. As such the court will be fining the defendant $10,000 for said time, effort and resources.
