MOTION FOR CHANGE OF VENUE
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Theo Flee
#25-BT-0071
A Motion for Change of Venue was filed in the above case on the 27th of May, 2025.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Change of Venue, and the reasoning for request is as follows;
- Requested Venue: Formal trial
- Detailed Explanation: The defendant is contesting serious charges that warrant a more extensive and in-depth examination in court than is possible in a bench trial. Additionally, the evidence collected against the defendant by the arresting department and the Prosecution amounts to such a volume that it cannot be comprehensively and satisfactorily presented and examined outside of a formal trial. Due to these circumstances, the Prosecution requests that the case be returned to the original format for a formal trial.

Docket Notice
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU" |
- Prosecution and defense counsel,
The Court would like to understand how the Defendant wishes to proceed in this case. Given that the scheduled date has passed, and no Defendant or Defense Counsel were present, the Court intends to reschedule.
However, the Defense should confirm whether their current Defense Counsel still intends to represent them in this case, given their prior lack of appearance. If they do not wish to, the Defendant should inform this Court whether they are being represented by alternative Counsel, or if they require the Courts' assistance in providing a Public Defender.
The Court intends to schedule this trial sooner rather than later, given the failed attempt, so the Defense is given until the 21st of June, 2026, to confirm their intentions regarding representation.
Additionally, I will be on leave of absence until the 21st of June, 2026, and will address any matters on the docket upon my return.
Respectfully,

Associate Justice
