Superior Court of San Andreas
"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"
MOTION FOR CHANGE OF VENUE
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Johnny Willcott
#25-BT-0072
A Motion for Change of Venue was filed in the above case on the 27th of May, 2025.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Change of Venue, and the reasoning for request is as follows;
- Requested Venue: Formal trial
- Detailed Explanation: The defendant is contesting serious charges that warrant a more extensive and in-depth examination in court than is possible in a bench trial. Additionally, the evidence collected against the defendant by the arresting department and the Prosecution amounts to such a volume that it cannot be comprehensively and satisfactorily presented and examined outside of a formal trial. Due to these circumstances, the Prosecution requests that the case be returned to the original format for a formal trial.

Superior Court of San Andreas
"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"
COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Johnny Willcott
#25-CM-0072
A decision was reached in the above case on the 15th day of July, 2025.
While we acknowledge the prosecution’s concern regarding potential prejudice, it is important to note that each case is inherently distinct by virtue of involving a different defendant. Even if the circumstances or discovery materials overlap, the identity of the defendant introduces unique variables that must be weighed independently. While precedent may guide the court, it does not dictate the outcome; each matter must be considered on its own facts, evidence, and the individual before the court.
Without precedence being pursued the court will be denying the prosecutions request for a change in venue. We will be allotting 14 days for discovery due to the current staffing of the prosecution division.
So Ordered,

I would like to resend my appeal, honestly its taking to much time and i cant be asked to wait any longer. i cant clear my record anyways from other felony charges so it just doesnt matter. Я продолжу бороться с коррупцией и за справедливость, независимо от того, что показывает моя репутация.
