- Citizens of San Andreas,
The San Andreas Judicial Branch (SAJB) is pleased to announce the implementation of an Attorney Performance Bonus (APB) system for private attorneys, designed to incentivize those who may not receive and hourly bonus in order to recognize their contributions to our judicial system.
From this date forward, private attorneys will be eligible for monetary rewards based on their performance in trial cases. Money will be given once a verdict has been reached, as evaluated by the presiding judge. This system aims to uphold high legal standards and encourage attorneys to deliver proper legal representation to all individuals.
Bonus Structure for Private Attorneys:- A+ = $200,000 (Reserved for exceptional cases requiring extensive resources, such as large-scale indictments.)
- A = $100,000 (Exceeds expectations in the courtroom or on the docket.)
- B = $75,000 (Above expectations but with room for improvement.)
- C = $50,000 (Demonstrates effort and potential with encouragement needed.)
- D-F = $0 (Failure to meet expected professional standards and possible submission to the Bar Ethics Review Board)
