Docket Notice
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"

  • Honorable Judge Yukimura and pertaining parties,

The Prosecution acknowledges its fault in not following the court's order to provide discovery no later than March 15th, and that no continuance was filed to extend that deadline. This case has regrettably fallen through the cracks due to the overwhelming workload handled by, at the time, only three (3) active prosecutors. However, the Prosecution is still not in possession of any evidence from the arresting department related to this case and is working diligently with said department to provide it to the court so the defendant can have their right to a fair trial fulfilled. As such, we are asking for some leeway with this delay while we try to compile the available evidence into discovery.

    Regards,

#25-BT-0015

A decision was reached in the above case on the 22nd day of June, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be involuntarily dismissed. The defendant was given ample time to interact and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As no contact has been made with the courts aside from the initial filing, this case will now be dismissed and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
