Name: Stan Foxx Date of Birth: 21/JUN/1988 Phone Number: 214-9586 Occupation: Detective, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
On February 26, 2025, Detective Foxx was on patrol when I approached the Palomino 24/7 to check on the store clerk. After pulling into the parking lot in front of the store, I witnessed three individuals—two women and one male suspect—robbing the establishment. I called for backup and exited my cruiser. One silver-haired woman had already exited the store, got into her BF400, and drove away. The male suspect followed, opening fire on Detective Foxx and injuring him before the red-haired lady came running out, jumped into her BF400, and sped off. The male suspect rode a purple Shinobi bike as he left the scene.

Case Information
Incident Date: 26/FEB/2025
Witness Information
Name: Skylar Deul Date of Birth: 31/JAN/1997 Phone Number: REDACTED Occupation: Police Officer III, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
On the 26th of Febuary, a series of panics were dropped by Detective Stan Foxx who was furthermore unresponsive which prompted a Code 1 response to his location at Palomino Gas Station. When my unit arrived I saw Detective Foxx collapsed on the ground outside the store with multiple gun shot wounds, being treated by another detective on scene.
Another unit was already inside looking at CCTV to attempt to ID the suspect(s) that shot at the detective and had robbed the store(which is why Detective Foxx was there to begin with). While that was happening Detective Foxx mentioned 3 names, one of which was Ivy Hirano. I quickly went back to my vehicle and let everyone know that I would trace the 3 people mentioned, however I was unsuccessful at getting any trace on any of the names.
After enough evidence was gathered at the scene a BOLO was placed for the 3 and everyone went back 10-8. Another officer dropped a back up at Legion Square Parking as they had found Ivy Hirano there. My unit responded and when we got there Miss Hirano was already detained (by Deputy Chief and Commander Nash) and attempting to mask where her Gargoyle was located. I asked the Valet that worked at the Parking lot if the Gargoyle was there and he gave the affirmative.
Commander Nash then had the Valet pull the vehicle around and upon searching it the exact same outfit in the BOLO (which can be found in the arrest report) was found and upon closer look when put together, the outfit/hair/glasses, everything matched.
I waited with Commander Nash at the Parking Lot while Deputy Chief Nash took the Gargoyle to impound so that she wouldn't be alone with a suspect in a crowded area and then once her unit partner came back I went back 10-8 to MRPD.
Witness Affirmation
I, Skylar Deul, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion.((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))

San Andreas Judicial Branch Superior Court of San Andreas "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"
COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Ivy Hirano
#25-BT-0065
A decision was reached in the above case on the 27th day of July, 2025.
Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
