- My involvement started during the vehicle pursuit of Miss Hirano, I remember I asked her to stop the vehicle through the megaphone whilst the pursuit was still ongoing and she actually stopped right behind the golf course. Miss Hirano got out of the vehicle by her own choice and claimed to know where the radio jammer was located and to tell us if we would've let her go in the instance. Unfortunately I can't recall if she actually gave out the information about the jammer but she was arrested for the evading. The pursuit was already ongoing before my unit responded to the backup call.

ISSUANCE OF VERDICT
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Ivy Jefferson
#25-BT-0064
A decision was reached in the above case on the 12th day of July, 2025.
The court finds the evidence presented by the prosecution to be cut and dry, and prove without any doubts that the defendant evaded from law enforcement on their traffic stop.
It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
- On the count of VF01 - Evading an Officer, I find the defendant, Ivy Jefferson, guilty.
As with all cases, the court reserves the right to seek recompense for its time, effort, and resources expended on any case. As such the court will be fining the defendant $25,000 for said time, effort and resources.
