The San Andreas Judicial Branch remains committed to ensuring that all individuals receive the justice and compensation they are due. We are issuing this release to those who have been acquitted but have not yet collected their entitled compensation, as well as to those with outstanding court-ordered payments. Timely action on these matters is essential to uphold your rights and fulfill your obligations under the law.
Individuals who have received a not guilty verdict in the Superior Court of San Andreas are entitled to compensation. This compensation is a recognition for time and upset of schedules of a served sentence alongside any paid fines. To those who are pending compensation, please promptly visit City Hall and request to speak with a Superior Court judge. Please ensure you bring valid identification and provide this to the judge upon request.
In addition, any individuals who previously owed the courts payment as part of the loss or dismissal of a case are hereby being released from said financial obligation. The debt is only being cleared for currently outstanding payments. All regular fees will apply to those going forward.
