2.10 Why should we accept you for that position?: Due to my prolonged absence from the Department I feel this would be an acceptable position to be assigned, it follows the rank deduction rule for reinstatements, I've been absent for about 20 weeks, so that would bring the rank reduction from CO3 to CO2. Ofcourse, HR will ultimately decide if this is an acceptable course of actions, I think this would be right due to my previous performance and effort I've put into my daily duties as a guard.
2.11 Why did your employment with the San Andreas Department of Corrections end? Back then I was employed both at SADOC and Bayview autocenter, and unfortunately with me becoming a Supervisor and Director of PR, I couldn't keep up with the hour requirements for both, so I had to choose one. Unfortunately I did not file a resignation when I should have, which lead to a Dishonerable discharge.
2.12 Have you had any felony charges against you in the time that you were gone? I have not.
2.13 What have you done since your resignation or termination? I have mostly been working at Bayview autocenter, supervising my coworkers and handling Public Relations paperwork and planing events.
