Narrative:
I was a passenger on a motorcycle when law enforcement initiated a stop. Following their instructions, I stayed seated with the engine off as directed. However, my friend, who was driving, suddenly turned the engine back on and fled the scene, leaving me as a passenger with no control over the situation. I complied fully with the officers’ orders and did not attempt to evade. My arrest appears to be a misunderstanding, as I had no role in operating the vehicle or fleeing.

• Detailed Explanation: Following discussions, the Prosecution, in agreement with the Los Santos Sheriffs Department, has decided to withdraw the charges against Jhoni Morgan, and as such, request that the case be dismissed.

The prosecution's Motion for Voluntary Dismissal is hereby granted. The disputed charge of VF01 - Evading an Officer will be removed from the record of the defendant. Thank you to both parties, this case is hereby dismissed.
