Case Information
- Incident Date: 21/JAN/2025
Witness Information
- Name: Clark Robbins
Date of Birth: 03/AUG/2003
Phone Number: REDACTED
Occupation: Police Officer II, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
- On January 21st, I was conducting a speed trap by the Vespucci Police Station on San Andreas Ave. I clocked a pink drauger going 215 kmph down a hill and pulled out to conduct a traffic stop. Upon the traffic stop Tom Daniels pulled into the burgershot parking lot where he stopped and the traffic stop was initiated. Once I pulled up my MDC to look up the plate of the vehicle I realized there was no plate registered to the vehicle or on the vehicle. I proceeded to go code 6 and approach the vehicle on foot. Once I was there I saw Tom Daniels driving with a passenger. I asked for identification and for him to step out of the vehicle. He was very compliant at first and stepped out. This is when I explained how I clocked him going 215 in an 80 and he would be receiving a Reckless Operation of a Road or Marine Vehicle charge as any speed over 160 kmph is considered reckless. I received the keys to the drauger and unlocked it to find a Pistol Mk II in the glovebox as well as 2g of Marijuana. I ran the firearms serial number and the pistol came back as stolen. Since Tom Daniels was the driver of the drauger and there was no license plate to associate the car with a different person, while Tom Daniels had the keys the evidence found in the glovebox is associated to Mr. Daniels.
TLDR:
VM03 - Reckless Operation of a Road or Marine Vehicle - Going 215 kmph in an 80
DM03 - Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance - Having 2g of Marijuana in the glovebox
WM02 - Possession of a Class 1 Firearm - Having a firearm in the glovebox with no firearm license
DM04 - Possession of a Controlled Substance while Armed - Having both weed and a firearm in the glovebox
VM09 - Operation of a Vehicle without a License Plate - Not having a license plate on the vehicle he was driving
GM05 - Receiving Stolen Property - Having a stolen gun in the glovebox
Witness Affirmation
- I, Clark Robbins, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))
Signed,

Clark Robbins
