- Evading and Resisting Arrest
Narrative:
I got into the car with my dear friends Mildred Bean, Rudy Miller and my beloved sister Margret Evans. We were going for a late night picnic, or so I thought! Something came over Mildred and she began to speed over the limit (very naughty). I tried to get her attention but it seemed as though her hearing aids had ran out of battery again! At this point the LSPD of course were chasing us.
I prodded Mildred multiple times and by the time she realised the severity of the situation she began to panic and refused to pull over out of sheer fear. I yelled at the top of my lungs for the Police to help as I was also scared she would crash, and of course didn’t want her to break the law.
After some time, Mildred stopped the car. I got out immediately - grateful to have my two feet on the wonderful ground again and lit a cigarette to calm my anxiety.
The LSPD put Mildred in handcuffs at which point my grandson had phoned my telephone. I answered his call and stepped away briefly so I could hear what my lovely grandson was saying. I heard heavy footsteps behind me and a deep breath. I got scared. I tried to move further from the booming yet silent figure behind me. You see, a few hours before this I was very unfortunately kidnapped and held at gunpoint. I’m sure you can understand how traumatic this was. Thankfully the police have since arrested the fellow. But yes, I thought I was being kidnapped again. Mildred called my name and informed me that it was just in fact a police officer (thank god). As soon as I realised, I complied with everything the officers asked of me.
Now it’s important to acknowledge that the police officer who was ‘chasing’ me, never vocally made themselves known. How was I to know? I don’t have eyes in the back of my head. Anyway, despite the fact that I had no idea of Mildred’s and Margret’s plan, I tried to stop it, called out for help and had Mildred and Margret both reinforce the fact that I was not a willing participant. I was still charged. Absolutely despicable.
I,
Marjorie Evans, hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines.

All four occupants exited the vehicle and started to belligerently wander around the freeway until they were brought under control and placed in the vehicles. The suspect, Marjorie Evans, was patted down before she was placed in the vehicle. They were given resisting arrest because they tried to walk away from the scene when they were told to stop.

Witness Information

Date of Birth: 31/JAN/1997
Phone Number: REDACTED
Occupation: Officer III, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
- To the best of my knowledge, on the 17th of January, 2025 my partner Detective Zoey Deul and I were patrolling the city when Officer Hailey Trey called for backup on a Four(4) times occupied vehicle that was speeding through the city. We responded and joined the pursuit just before they turned on to Great Ocean Highway.
Once we got closer I noticed that it was the same four(4) people that I had witnessed at Legion Parking, two(2) that were already in the vehicle and the other two(2) had willingly entered into the same vehicle while it was parked on the side of the road.
The two(2) pursuing units, our own (3-G-18) and Officer Hailey Trey (21-L-16) followed them with lights and sirens all the way north on Great Ocean Highway until they took a turn on to Route 68 at the gas station, it was here that they started to yell for help(to my knowledge at least, this is the first time I heard it personally) after a solid four(4)+ minute pursuit by this point but no attempt was made to stop the car, as such the vehicle followed the road until they got to the turn off on to Senora Freeway where they turned back south towards the city.
They continued south until they got to the entrance to the bridge to take them back north on Senora freeway where they pulled over in the middle of the road and all piled out of the vehicle. After all four(4) exited the vehicle and started to apologize for what they'd done they started to wander around the bridge even after being asked to stop, endangering themselves, other motor vehicles, as well as Det. Deul, Officer Trey and I's lives.
I quickly brought one of the suspects Mr Rudolf Miller under control, proceeding with the proper arrest procedure and got him safely into the back of Det. Deul and I's cruiser. At the same time that I was doing this, Det. Deul and Officer Trey were trying to corral the other three(3) back towards the safety of the cruisers. I then took custody of Marjorie Evans after I had finished safely placing Rudolf Miller into the cruiser, to which she was adamant that she was not guilty of any crime.
I informed her that she was in-fact guilty of evading a police officer and resisting arrest because she tried to walk away from the scene when she was asked to stop. Her sister, Margret Evans and friend Mildred Bean tried to take the blame for the situation. But Marjorie willingly entered the vehicle at Legion Parking and had plenty of time to leave the situation before the vehicle started to evade from Officer Trey somewhere between five(5) to ten(10) minutes later.
Once we got the four(4) of them to SADOC, Officer Trey and I self processed Mildred Bean and Margret Evans before a rather large prison bus came in. Unfortunately as there were at least 8 other inmates that SADOC had to process before Rudolf Miller and Marjorie Evans could be processed, they both fell asleep in my cruiser, to which it took both Officer Trey and I a while to wake them. I had written a note with my badge number and name on it and placed it inside Rudolf Miller's pocket as he had asked me for it before he was awoken, I also verbally supplied the same to Marjorie Evans.
Officer Trey and myself then self processed both Rudolf Miller and Marjorie Evans and left SADOC after placing their legal items in their lockers at SADOC, Det. Deul had taken the vehicle to be impounded during this.

Witness Information
- Name: Zoey Deul
Date of Birth: 11/NOV/1990
Phone Number: 369
Occupation: Police Detective III, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
- Detective Zoey Deul and Officer Skylar Dawson responded to a pursuit of a vehicle that was 4 times occupied. During the pursuit, the suspects eventually stopped and exited the vehicle. When trying to detain the individuals they would continuously walk away from lawful orders to move to a safer area where everyone was being detained as the incident was occurring on a busy highway prone to heavy traffic. Marjorie Evans, one of the suspects who was continuously walking away taking phone calls, and refusing to comply with Deul's orders to stop moving and go back to where everyone else was was identified later on. Two of the suspects were handled by Officer Hailey Trey while Officer Skylar Dawson handled the other two with Detective Zoey Deul's assistance placing them into cuffs and moving them to where they were needed.
Once all the individuals were placed into cruisers Detective Deul took the vehicle to the impound lot.

Witness Statement
- I witnessed a white frankenstein which was 4x occupied by Mildred Bean, Margret Evans, Rudolph Miller and Marjorie Evans speeding through the city, so I attempted to pull it over, however the vehicle wouldn't stop. Mildred was the driver. During the pursuit occupants of the vehicle were shouting saying that the driver wouldn't stop. When the vehicle was eventually stopped all the occupants hopped out and started wandering off in different directions. The defendant (Marjorie Evans) was handled and processed by POIII Skylar Dawson, same with Rudolph Miller. I handled Margret and Mildred. Margret and Mildred admitted outright that they evaded, however Marjorie and Rudolph were claiming they didn't know the driver was going to evade. Marjorie and Rudolph did disobey officers orders.

Superior Court of San Andreas
"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"
ISSUANCE OF VERDICT
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Marjorie Evans
#25-BT-0049
A decision was reached in the above case on the 20th day of July, 2025.
Given the evidence provided by the prosecution today, the court finds that the burden of proof has been met that Ms. Marjorie Evans had willingly participated in being in the vehicle and the penal code states that: State Government wrote: ↑All occupants of a vehicle are liable to be charged with VF01 if they willfully partake in the act.
The witness statements provide a clear and in-depth examination of the incident and the court finds there are no doubts about the facts of this case. While the defendant's age may have lead to misunderstandings, the law must be applied equally to all.
It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
- On the count of VF01 - Evading an Officer, I find the defendant, Marjorie Evans, guilty.
- On the count of GM04 - Resisting Arrest, I find the defendant, Marjorie Evans, guilty.
While the court does reserve the right to assess fines for the court's time resources and efforts, given the defendant's self representation the court was inclined to waive the fines. However, in the face of their behavior in court today, the court will be assessing a $25,000 fine as a formal infraction for violating the decorum in the courtroom today.
