MOTION FOR CHANGE OF VENUE
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Ceri Chapel
A Motion for Change of Venue was filed in the above case on the 18th of January, 2025.
- The Defendant, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Change of Venue, and the reasoning for request is as follows;
Requested Venue: Bench Trial
Detailed Explanation: This case is one which we believe does not need to take up the time and resources of a normal or docket trial, and with the branch's recent publication stating felonies may be taken to a bench trial, we make this motion to try and get to the root of justice sooner rather than later. From consultations with our client, we believe the case does not have an excessive workload from the prosecutions side leading to the need for more time and resources being poured into it.
- Sincerely,

Arlo Linton

Official Witness Statement
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"
Case Information
- Case Number: [Case Number]
Incident Date: 07/JAN/2025
Witness Information
- Name: Vincenzo Callas
Date of Birth: 05/JAN/2001
Phone Number: 318-6764
Occupation: Deputy of Los Santos Sheriff's Departmet
Witness Statement
- As far as I remember on January 7th we were arresting Aki Kurokawa near double tolls after she shot deputies with a pump shotgun, Captain Clark had taken my cruiser to respond to another situation so I got in Deputy Chapple's cruiser with her K9 also in there. Aki Kurokawa was injured and she was in the back of an ambulance, Deputy Chapple was going to drop me off at paleto bay station with the evidence that I had from Aki Kurokawa so I can grab a new cruiser and transport Aki from Paleto MD to DOC. As we drove up north from great ocean highway Ceri Chapel got next to our cruiser with a high speed in a white corsita, She rammed our cruiser off the road and we almost flipped, ambulance kept driving and we got back behind it. Ceri Chapel then rammed the ambulance on the side and then pulled infront it slowing down trying to brake check it. Deputy Chapple told the supervisor in TAC who was Sergeant Clay Thompson about this and Deputy Thompson said we can take her tires and stop her, I shot her tires out and she crashed and stalled and after that she was arrested by Deputy Chapple. As for charges I believe she asked Sergeant Thompson about them.
Witness Affirmation
- I, Vincenzo Callas, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))

* Attaches Bodycam Footage
* On the night of January 7th, 2025, the sun set over the double toll bridge. While in pursuit of Aki Kurokawa, you would see a red Jugular nearby as Aki Kurokawa got off her bike and ran towards Paleto Forest. During the foot pursuit on Rayton Canyon Trails, you would see Aki Kurokawa brandishing her gun. Sergeant Clay Thompson and Deputy Callas proceeded to draw their firearms and injured Aki Kurokawa. Deputy Chapple and Sergeant Thompson were seen standing by as Aki Kurokawa was loaded into an ambulance.
"Do you guys need a ride?" Deputy Chapple asked Deputy Callas and Sergeant Thompson. Both replied, "Yes." Sergeant Clay Thompson, Deputy Callas, and Deputy Chapple got into Deputy Chapple's K9 cruiser and followed the ambulance towards Paleto Hospital, dropping off Sergeant Clay Thompson near the double toll booth to retrieve his vehicle.
In the corner, you would see a red Jugular waiting near the double tolls as the ambulance exited Rayton Canyon Trails. Deputy Callas and Deputy Chapple followed the ambulance when a red Jugular approached the cruiser from the right side and rammed it multiple times, causing the cruiser to flip and eject Deputy Chapple, Deputy Callas, and K9 Everest. Despite the collision, the cruiser quickly restarted and resumed the pursuit of the ambulance, with the red Jugular attempting to pit the ambulance.
Deputy Chapple asked, "Sergeant Thompson, can we take the tires? They are ramming the ambulance that Aki is in." Sergeant Thompson replied, "Yes." Deputy Callas then shot out Ceri Chapel's tires, causing the red Jugular to spin out and crash across from the gun store in Paleto. Deputy Chapple was then seen arresting Ceri Chapel, searching her, and reading her rights.
Ms. Chapel said, "What am I being arrested for? I thought we were racing." Deputy Chapple then asked Sergeant Thompson, "What charges would you like placed on her?" Sergeant Thompson replied over the radio, "Assault with a deadly weapon and obstruction of justice."
Deputy Chapple proceeded to file the charges and placed Ceri Chapel into the cruiser before handing her off to Deputy Callas for transport to DOC.]
