(( Defendant Discord: .kujima ))
(( Defendant Timezone: GMT ))
Type of Representation (Pick one): Public Defender
Charging Department: LSPD
Date & Time of Incident(s): 19th December 2024 01:00
Charge(s):
- Any charges placed by either Lance Sage or Lana Sage/Valor/Murphy/Hoe
Narrative:
I was unlawfully detained then unlawfully arrested, had a chat where Lance Sage was very upset and where Lana Valor was surprised I didn't know her last name even though she is actually a hoe.
Secondly, While under "oath" I would like to mention that Lana Valor basically sucked dick to get her charges removed and now is a police officer, how fun.
This is all pertinent to my defense to understand the mindset of the officers involved.
I,
David Vespucci, hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines.

Superior Court of San Andreas
"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"
COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. David Vespucci
A decision was reached in the above case on the 21th day of December, 2024.
The court has received the case and noted the initial posting of the defendant.
During our review, the court noticed the narrative of the defendant has multiple speculative arguments that border on defamation. While this is not a civil court, it is a criminal court that considers the facts of the case. The court has determined that the statement by the defendant has breached the rules of evidence and request that the defendant remove any inflammatory statements made against any individuals. We request that the defendant speak to a defense attorney or opt to stick to the facts of the case.
It is with the above consideration that I find the defendant guilty of GM-22 Contempt of Court for the statements made. It is one thing to disagree with your arrest and a completely different thing to use the docket as a means to spread gossip.
So Ordered,

- Honorable Hope Kant,
As you are clearly a newish judge you must not understand. I ask the court for almost a favor that the charge of GM-22 Contempt of Court is added onto the disputed charges for this trial.
If this is not possible I will still be in my rights to fight it separately within 7 days so I respectfully ask that they be merged. If that is the case I request that Hope Kant is not the judge on this case, no matter the delays it causes.
Hope Kant has prosecuted me in past numerous times and has basically just shown her bias towards me. She even once had a restraining order out of me.
The statements were clearly to understand from a legal perspective the officers authority and mindset during the situation. I included extra context where I could which is perfectly fine due to there was no disrespect.
