Retirement of Liam Binnie
- It is with both regret and deep appreciation that we announce the current CEO of Los Santos Customs, Liam Binnie, has announced his resignation effective November 24th, 2024 on his one year anniversary of holding the position.
During his tenure he was responsible for reshaping the management and recruitment teams for effective coverage to meet the city’s needs, rebuilt the training division from the ground up, helped the transition of LSC to the new and upcoming biz site, and helped foster an environment for both the citizens of Los Santos and the employees of LSC everyone enjoyed. To say we thank him for his efforts would be an understatement and we are truly sad to see him go.
Former CEO - Liam Binnie wrote:Stepping down from my position with LSC is something I have taken a long time to think about. Looking back and taking into consideration the growth of the company over the last year and the change within the company. "All great things most come to an end", a saying we are all too familiar with and rings true to a lot of situations within our lives. I took over LSC when it was in one of it's worst states I have seen in a long time, and I put a lot of time and love into building it back to the company you can see today alongside an amazing management team, and especially Riley. This year of working closely together make me believe that she will continue to take LSC on the path I had set out while making it even better. I cannot think of a better person to hand the company over to, even if only on an interim basis, and I look forward to seeing what she has in store for the future of LSC.
Interim CEO Appointment of Riley Kilgore
- As Liam begins the process of stepping down, we have appointed Riley Kilgore as interim CEO. Her position as COO made her the obvious choice and we have every confidence in the world she will bring the same positive changes her predecessor brought with him. We look forward to see what she has in store!
Interim CEO - Riley Kilgore wrote:I'm very excited and honoured to be given the opportunity to take over as CEO of Los Santos Customs - even just in the interim. Leadership changes always pose a challenge but I believe that LSC is in a good place right now. We have a solid group of mechanics and a strong management team and I'm certain this transition will go smoothly.
I've learned a lot about running a company over the last year being Liam's COO and I plan on making everyone proud by carrying the torch. I'm sad to see Liam go but I respect his decision and I wish him the best in his future endeavors. I plan on gathering feedback from the community and my coworkers to make Los Santos Customs the absolute best it can be.
