Case Information
- Case Number: [ State of San Andreas v. Inori Komatsu]
Incident Date: [13/NOV/2024]
Witness Information
- Name: [Leif Helgarson]
Date of Birth: [18/FEB/2000]
Phone Number: [REDACTED]
Occupation: [Deputy Sheriff, Los Santos Sheriff's Department]
Witness Statement
- On the date in question I dispatched units to the city to respond to repeated panic alarms from a PD unit on Elgin Ave just outside of pillbox. Once we arrived there was an injured PD officer as well as his civilian ride a long. We were advised that they had been ambushed and that they expected further hostility and to shutdown the street until the scene could be secured.
Units set up barriers blocking the entirety of Elgin and were told to order vehicles to turn around and take another route UNLESS they needed to use pillbox for any injured. In fact we allowed a couple vehicles to enter the perimeter to have their friends treated before escorting them back out.
At the southern barrier a Niobe LP DNCA87IW approached and stopped. Over radio it was called out by Deputy Carter that they asked the person multiple times to leave as we were still fully expecting hostilities. The Deputy then called out that he was going to get a vehicle capable of transporting and to give her one more chance to leave before he got back. She chose not to leave and was therefore detained and charged.
Witness Affirmation
- I, Leif Helgarson, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))
