ISSUANCE OF VERDICT
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Jade Parker
#25-CM-0031
A decision was reached in the above case on the 5th day of July, 2025.
The facts of the case are as follows. The defendant was observed at a drug making facility on the 5th day of November 2025. During this time the defendant was found in possession of two separate weapons. The defendant was also found alongside numerous other individuals.
The facts that are being contested are the locations of the gun on the defendant at the time of her allegedly sighting and shooting officers. The defense has introduced the doubt from the arrest report that read "a pump shotgun on her back, and a .50 on her back". Additionally the defense mentioned the possibility that the witness statements provided may not have been the first individuals to enter. The scene had multiple other assailants, and the court finds it hard to determine, given all these differentiating factors, a way to prove the defendant attempted to murder law enforcement beyond a reasonable doubt.
Samuel Wackson was present in the gallery. He made multiple comments once the trial had begun and the judge had started to talk. He was escorted out of the courtroom and proceeded to make obscene gestures at the window as well as make more loud and unnecessary comments. He was instructed to stop by bailiffs inside of the courtroom, outside of the courtroom, and continued to ignore their lawful instructions for the duration of the trial. The disruptions were numerous enough to find Samuel Wackson guilty of GF25 - Felony Contempt of Court. He was identified via his license by the judge as well as bailiffs on scene.
It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
- On the count of WM02 - Possession of a Class 1 Firearm, I find the defendant, Jade Parker, guilty.
- On the count of WF03 - Possession of a Class 2 Firearm, I find the defendant, Jade Parker, guilty.
- On the count of NM03 - Unlawful Assembly, I find the defendant, Jade Parker, guilty.
- On the count of DF05 - Manufacturing a Controlled Substance, I find the defendant, Jade Parker, guilty.
- On the count of SF02 - Attempted Murder of a Gov. employee, I find the defendant, Jade Parker, not guilty.
The defendant should make their way to City Hall at their earliest convenience to have the change to their record noted as well as the payment of $20,150 returned to them for fines, time, and other expenses/inconveniences incurred from the contested charges.
