Narrative:
Alistair Vespucci (I'll call him AV) got injured—no clue how exactly, but he wasn't going to last long without medical help. Thankfully, a friend in the area, Becci Jones (BJ for short), had a car - an Issi Sport, to be exact, with a trunk. So, I hopped in with BJ driving, and AV, bless him, was bleeding out in the open trunk. The police started tailing us (the trunk was wide open, they could clearly see AV was hurt). We raced to Pillbox, and by the time we got there, I was helping AV while BJ dealt with the rozzers - specifically Samuel Martin (let's call him WANK) and his sister... or wife, people said both. Weird, right? Anyway, while I was getting AV patched up, BJ and WANK had a little spat - can't recall much of it because, well, I wasn't there - Don't think its hearsay cause official document and all.
Next thing I know, WANK decides to suspend BJ’s license. So, it's up to either me or AV to drive. Now, I was a bit tipsy (thanks to whisky and a recent injury), so AV took the wheel. But because I was hurt, we thought, "Why not? Let me ride in the trunk." After all, the courts have allowed it before, so I climbed in. Then - out of nowhere - WANK tries to arrest AV. But AV, without asking me or BJ, decides to gun it, evading the police! Here I am, trapped in the trunk at breakneck speed, screaming to the officers that AV wouldn’t let us out! BJ was stuck too, couldn’t get out while the car was flying down the road.
Eventually, AV pulls over, hops out, and tries to make a run for it. BJ jumps out, opens the trunk, and finally frees me. But, guess what? We all get cuffed and shipped off to the depths of prison. I accidentally said something that got me labeled a racist—total misunderstanding! And, by the way, opinions aren’t illegal, last I checked. Oh, and some officers on the scene (unnamed for their safety) said they didn’t even agree with the arrest but were just following orders from their African American captain. Also, BJ’s license got resuspended - and mine too!
Just because AV is my father doesn’t mean I willingly stayed in that car. Like, just because a fish is born in the ocean doesn’t mean it wants to swim with the sharks. Sure, he's my dad, but I was basically a hostage in that trunk, clinging to dear life, not some willing passenger on one of his scam sex schemes.
Also, there's a fuck ton of precedence on this that backs our side. #23-CM-0001, State of San Andreas v. Lennox Jet
Colt Daniels - Old Drinking Buddy of Davids wrote: However, the prosecution was unable to provide the amount of time the vehicle was stopped during the pursuit. They also failed to provide evidence that the defendant ever did anything to prove a willingness to partake in the pursuit. It is the courts belief that the defendant did not have ample time to exit the vehicle during the periods in which it would stop and could lead to injury if done so.
Not only was there no ample time to exit the vehicle, I physically could NOT exit the vehicle due to the fact I was locked in a trunk - god bless.

Your Honor, I respectfully request clarification on a procedural matter. If I choose to exercise my right to self-representation in this case, would it necessitate my co-defendant being tried separately, or would the current joint trial arrangement remain in place?
Secondly, I believe the co-defendant has changed her name to "Becci Xiao" with no affiliation to any crime organizations.

State of San Andreas v. David Kon
A Motion for Discovery was filed in the above case on the 10th of December, 2025.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Discovery, and presents the following as evidence;
San Andreas Judicial Branch
Official Witness Statement
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"
Case Information
- Incident Date: 06/NOV/2024
Witness Information
- Name: Samuel Martin
Date of Birth: redacted
Phone Number: redacted
Occupation: Police Captain, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
- Captain Martin conducted a traffic stop on Issi Sport due to the vehicle driving with a male in the trunk. The court has previously ruled in case #24-CM-0012, State of San Andreas v. Kevin Reyes that driving a vehicle with anyone in the trunk is putting that person in danger and falls under reckless operation.
During the traffic stop the male in the trunk (David Kon) told the driver to go, showing his willfully partake in the act. The passenger could hear the conversation taking place with the driver (Alistair), who was very open about not being arrested. The passenger (Becci) had more than enough time to get out of the vehicle on the stop before the evading took place.
The driver attempted to switch to a bike but was tased. At this point all suspects in the vehicle were arrested.
Witness Affirmation
- I, Samuel Martin, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))
