      Explain what happened, sufficient detail must be given to justify the placed charges, videos could be provided.
      • During the arrest of Wolfgang Bathsheba, the suspect, in this case Billy, interfered with the arrest by pulling Wolfgang away from the arresting officer Detective Havlicek, and then later refusing to comply with orders while detained related to searching and resisting made by the aforementioned Detective.
    EVIDENCE DETAILS
    • Document the possessions confiscated from the arrested suspect.
      Possessions are to be documented individually, examples of documented illegal possessions are "Pistol .50" or "12 grams of Cocaine".   Witness Statement

  • During the arrest of Wolfgang Bathsheba the suspect, Billy Pappalardo being the suspect in this case, forcefully involved himself in the arresting procedure by pulling Wolfgang away from the arresting officer Detective Havlicek saying 'Wolfgang did nothing wrong', physically pulling Wolfgang away from Detective Havlicek. After multiple warnings given to Billy an additional unit was called to assist which detained Pappalardo for Failure to Comply and Obstruction of Justice by the order of Detective Havlicek. Pappalardo was taken to Mission Row for processing where he continued to disobey lawful orders, still trying to interject himself in the arrest of Wolfgang Bathsheba. Billy remained uncooperative during the arrest, delaying his searching and processing.
