Occupation: Police Officer II, Los Santos Police Department
    Witness Statement
    • The capacity in which I served during the arrest of Anthony Gray, was as Field Training Officer performing a Field Practice Session for Cadet Alonzo Wallace and was present for everything that occurred leading up to and after the arrest of Anthony Gray.

23:24: A 10-55 was initiated on Anthony Gray for speeding in a blue scout traveling east bound on San Andreas Ave. Cadet Wallace retrieved Mr. Grays drivers license and printed out a second degree speeding citation. Cadet Wallace instructed Anthony Gray that he could leave once his lights were off. Mr. Gray pulled away immediately. Cadet Wallace then followed after Mr. Gray pulling him over a second time east bound on Vespucci blvd, instructing him to turn his engine off and remain seated. While approaching the drivers side of the vehicle, Cadet Wallace instructed Mr. Gray to exit the vehicle as he was under arrest for Failure to Comply. Anthony Gray pulled away and evaded police. Cadet Wallace and myself re-entered the cruiser and began following after Anthony Gray in his Scout. We lost visual and Cadet Wallace placed a Bolo and filed a warrant for evading police and failure to comply. Warrant report can be found here Cadet Wallace went back on patrol and responded to other calls.

23:35 - Anthony Gray was observed calling 911, commenting on how both Officer Reese and Cadet Wallace lost him from the previous traffic stop. Officer Mick Wegman reviewed his record noting previous misuse of government hotlines, and placed a abuse of government hotlines charge on Mr. Grays record.

23:38 - Detective Lance Sage called a pursuit of a blue scout from the previous bolo posted. A pursuit of the blue scout commenced.

23:44 - The pursuit of the blue scout had ended in Vinewood Hills with the driver being identified as Anthony Gray. Since Cadet Wallace was on a Field Practice Session, he took over the arrest. Mr. Gray was then charged for a subsequent evading charge as he evaded in a separate incident from the first traffic stop.

      Phone Number: 476-8152
Occupation: Police Officer II, Los Santos Police Department
    Witness Statement
    • I was out looking for Anthony Gray in the area of La Mesa, as he had very recently made a 911 call to taunt the LSPD. asking how our ankles were after he had managed to evade.
While looking for Anthony Gray, I hear a radio call saying that they have his location. They drop a backup call and I start heading there code 4 to not alert him that we're on the way. I then hear that he is evading and a TAC 1 is called so I Switch to Code 3 and rush to the location. While on the way to the location I remember that he is using a scout and will most likely evade off-road. so I went back to mission row and unpark a scout instead and headed to the location of the backup recently dropped from AIR-1.
I catch up to Anthony Gray near Stab city and proceed to take the chase off road for a short while. driving on the railroad. Both me and another officer ended up stalling our cruisers coming off the tracks and lost track of Anthony Gray for a little bit while other officers followed.

When I got to the scene I saw that Anthony Gray had crashed into a railing and stalled. I started scene management and secured the scene. After he had been cuffed and patted down he started complaining about his car speaker. and how it's expensive. i told him he did not need it yet. as he had just said that his car would now be locked up for 24 hours and he wanted the speaker. I told him that the speaker will be impounded with the car so its safe. and I let him know that I would be waiting with the car until mechanic had collected it. After being placed in a car he started asking for badge numbers. I first said I didn't need to give him it as I wasn't arresting him. And that I do not remember my badge number. I told him I can give him my name instead. and I proceeded to give him my name. to witch he said "goooood girlll" a few times.

He was then taken to SADOC and my communications with Anthony Gray were ended at that point. i waited for the mechanic to arrive who then proceeded to collect the car and impound it.

Superior Court of San Andreas
"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"

COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Anthony Gray

A decision was reached in the above case on the 11th day of July, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
