      Explain what happened, sufficient detail must be given to justify the placed charges, videos could be provided.
      • The suspect was masked in a public parking log just east of Popular Street. The suspect was identified as Alistair Vespucci by Captain Samuel Martin. While searching the suspects record Captain Martin found the suspect was charged with GC04 - Face Concealment on the 12/10/2024 16:05:52. Due to the recent charge and being masked in public the suspect was arrested for GM10 and GM19.
