Docket Notice
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"

  • Parties,

The court would like to understand the charges being disputed and the timeline presented within those charges. According to documentation, VF04 - Felony Public Endangerment, GM09 - Vigilantism, and WM01 - Unlawful Brandishing of a Firearm or Weapon were incurred by the defendant at the same time on the 10th of October. The additional charge of WM02 - Possession of a Class 1 Firearm was not added until several hours later. Is the defendant intending to contest the charges from these two separate instances?

    Respectfully,
