INCIDENT NARRATIVE
- Incident Date: 30/SEP/2024
Explain what happened, sufficient detail must be given to justify the placed charges, videos could be provided.
- Detective Azalea and Linton with Officer Pierce witnessed a Kamacho speeding with an injured person in the trunk. After they had treated the injured person at pillbox detective Azalea initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle as he noticed it was full of bullet holes and the passenger had just been treated for 2 GSWs to his torso at pillbox. He identified the driver as Anthon Chapel and passenger as Alistair Vespucci and knew them to be known gang affiliated and asked them to step out the vehicle when the passenger assaulted a civilian next to the traffic stop. The driver and passenger were both detained as they had clearly been involved in a shootout and then the assault. The car was searched where a pistol was found inside and the suspects were taken to MRPD for processing.

Where possible, the serial number of each firearm seized as evidence should be noted.

- As described in the arrest report the Kamacho was seen speeding with an injured person in truck with bullet holes both in the Kamacho and the injured person. Once I pulled the Kamacho over after letting them get their friend medical treatment I asked them to step out of the vehicle to investigate further when the passenger Alistair Vespucci assaulted a civilian. Both suspects were detained and I searched the vehicle where the pistol was found.
