San Andreas Judicial Branch Bar Licensing Office Updated Regulations and Reinstatements "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW" |

- Citizens of San Andreas,
The San Andreas Judicial Branch Bar Licensing Office has recently updated the Bar licensing status and reinstatement information. These are the primary changes:
1. Bar License Reinstatement:
A new system has been established for applying for a Bar license reinstatement, which will be reviewed by the Bar Licensing Office.
2. Bar License Suspension:
A list of misdemeanors that will suspend a Bar license for seven days has been updated.
3. Bar License Revocation:
A list of misdemeanors has been updated, which will cause a bar license to be immediately revoked.
4. Bar License Inactivation:
Judges working at the Judicial Branch will have their Bar license inactivated while employed as a Judge. Upon resignation, their BAR license will remain inactive for three months if they chose to not continue working as an attorney within the Judicial Branch.
