      • Ms. Fernanda Estrada (hereinafter 'the suspect') was arrested by Police Lieutenant Jason Steel as a result of an investigation that showed she evaded from Police Lieutenant Jason Steel, drove into Los Santos Customs where she ditched her vehicle and changed outfit, prior to being detained outside; during this arrest the suspect told Lieutenant Steel that she will kill him and eat his body with soy sauce.
