Before we issue your marriage license, please make your way to City Hall to pay the $5,000 or, if you are a part of a company that has an agreement with the Judicial Branch, pay the $2,500 filing fee. Be sure to collect a digital receipt to serve as your proof of payment (( Screenshot chat after using /DonateGovernment 5000 and /time at the front desk )).
Once you have paid the filing fee and respond back to this topic with your proof of payment, your marriage license will be issued and you will have 60 days to have your ceremony solemnized by a valid officiant, as per the Marriage and Civil Partnership Guidelines.

- To whom it may concern,
It is with deep regret that I announce this marriage certificate must become null and void. On the day of the ceremony, Mr. Shelby was left at the altar.
Please advise if the fees paid could carry over to another ceremony if Mr. Shelby ever desired.
