Official Witness Statement
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"
Case Information
- Case Number: [Case Number]
Incident Date: 08/SEP/2024
Witness Information
- Name: Max Thompson
Date of Birth: 20/DEC/2000
Phone Number: [###-####]
Occupation: Deputy Sheriff
Witness Statement
- On the date listed on the arrest report, I had noticed an individual in a pink car with blue rims in the middle of the street hitting a brown/tan in color head on at first. I decided to stick around and see how the situation played out. Thats when I witnessed the Pink car seemingly back up and proceed to accelerate at the terminus at full speed in an attempt to get the terminus to ramp off the pink vehicle. As this could have injured the driver of either vehicle. I proceeded to initiate a traffic stop on the pink vehicle and conducted a VM03 - Reckless Operation of a Road or Marine Vehicle arrest. The suspect being Anakin Nixon as identified through his license.
Witness Affirmation
- I, Max Thompson, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))
Signed,

Max Thompson
