I want to join a vibrant organization that have strategic goals so as to help it grow while enhancing my professional growth at the same time.

My profound commitment to public service has paved way for me to think that working with San Andreas Department of Corrections will allow me to make an impactful contribution towards safety and rehabilitation. What attracted me most to this department are its emphasis on integrity, discipline and accountability. I hold such values dear in my heart because they inspire me to work towards ensuring a conducive atmosphere not only for correctional officers but also for inmates themselves.

Since having been charged with a felony or misdemeanor, I have made huge lifestyle and mental adjustments. Firstly, I have fully accepted responsibility for my actions, appreciating the fact that they did not only affect me but also the people in my life. I have taken this experience as a time for introspection and learning which has enabled me to work on personal development as well as making wiser choices.
