MOTION FOR VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Synthia Green
#24-CM-0000

A Motion for Voluntary Dismissal was filed in the above case on the 17th of November, 2024.

Defendant, Synthia Green, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Voluntary Dismissal, and the reasoning for the request is as follows;

  • Reasoning: The evidence presented by prosecution shows the guilt of Mrs. Green beyond reasonable doubt, and the defendant herself admits her being guilty of the charges put on her record.
    • Detailed Explanation: After reviewing the bodycam footage of the Police Officer who arrested our defendant (which was presented to the defense on September 16th, 2024) it became clear that our defendant did the crimes she was accused of.
      Mrs. Green also admitted her wrongdoings, therefore the defense came to the decision to ask for a voluntary dismissal of the case.
