ISSUANCE OF VERDICT
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Scottie Cross
#24-CM-0077
A decision was reached in the above case on the 5th day of November, 2024.
A Plea Agreement has been filed by the Prosecution and has been accepted by the court. Within the agreement, the defendant plead guilty to the charge of GM05 - Receiving Stolen Property, GM03 - Possession of a Blade, and GC06 - Possession of Cannabis and not guilty to the charge of VF03 - Operating a Chop Shop. As a note, the prosecution amended the original charge of DM03 - Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance to the citation GC06 - Possession of Cannabis.
It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
- On the count of GM05 - Receiving Stolen Property, I find the defendant, Scottie Cross, guilty.
- On the count of GM03 - Possession of a Blade, I find the defendant, Scottie Cross, guilty.
- On the count of GC06 - Possession of Cannabis, I find the defendant, Scottie Cross, guilty.
- On the count of VF03 - Operating a Chop Shop, I find the defendant, Scottie Cross, not guilty.
The defendant is requested to make their way to Rockford Hills City Hall to have their record changed and receive compensation totaling $ 18,500 for fines and time served.
