Was driving along Vespucci Blvd where a police scene was occurring in front of me. I pulled up close to the scene to see what was going on. At this time the suspect began to walk towards me and multiple officers were screaming for me to leave the area. I began to put my foot on the gas when a individual entered my passenger seat, now I know it was a undercover cop. Because I had just started driving I began to drive off. After driving a few seconds the individual, whom still had not identified himself as an officer pulled out a gun and pointed it at my head telling me to pull over. I do so stating to him that he could hop out if he wishes. He then instructs me to get out to which I comply. However still in shock from having a gun to my face I see multiple other vehicles with lights speed towards me and all of them draw out guns. Panic set and I hopped back into my car at which point multiple officer unloaded their mags into my vehicle. At this point I was extremely scared, so I attempted to flee the plethora of bullets raining on my vehicle. At this point I realise I was driving away from the police and pulled over at the beach near Vespucci to surrender. However when coming to a stop multiple police cruisers continued at full speed ramming my vehicle into the water and running me over, injuring myself in the process.
