  • 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200 word minimum)
    • The reason why, I want to apply to the Judicial Branch is that I am currently unemployed, since I had to leave the Sheriffs Department, due to the unfortunate death of one of my family members. Furthermore, I think this job position would fit me more, since I love the thought of upholding justice and making sure everything gets treated fairly. My interest in the legal system began at a young age, fueled by my family's tradition of public service, since both of my parents worked in law enforcement. I tried the Sheriffs Department and it wasnt for me, I didn't like actively looking over my shoulder every time I do anything on the job. It really gets you to not trust people. I am eager to use my analytical skills, precise attention to detail, and professionalism to benefit the people of San Andreas. My goal is to guarantee that justice is administered justly and efficiently in order to maintain public confidence in the legal system. What motivates me is my desire to be a part of a team that not only understands the law and works within it, but also changes it to reflect our society's evolving needs and ideals.
3.2) Please provide a short biography about yourself that highlights why you should be selected from other candidates. (150 word minimum)
    • My name is Atlas Hayes, and my journey to this point has been made by my commitment to uphold justice and make my parents proud. I was born and raised in Los Santos, where I witnessed firsthand the complexities and challenges of urban life. My parents, both law enforcement, made me to go on in life with the values of integrity, diligence, and empathy. These values guided me through all my academic journeys. I interned at various legal institutions, in different states. These experiences made my legal judgement and provided me with a practical understanding of the legal system. What sets me apart from other candidates is my past experience and me already working in law enforcement. I have a track record of excelling in high-pressure environments, demonstrating my strongest quality - resilience. My legal knowledge, combined with my passion for community service, positions me to contribute positively to the San Andreas Judicial Branch. I am committed to upholding the law with fairness and compassion, ensuring that justice is accessible to all.
3.3) Describe yourself in one word and explain why that word describes you best. (75 word minimum)
    • Resilient. This word describes my ability to adapt and thrive in the face of difficult scenarios. Throughout my life, I have encountered numerous challenges - personal and professional, that have tested me. Whether it was to overcome an academic obstacle or navigate tough times in my life, I have consistently showed a capacity to stand out. My resilience is not just about enduring hardships but also about learning from them and making me stronger as a person. The legal field is demanding and requires individuals who can handle pressure, remain calm in their principles, and actively seek to be better. My resilience ensures that I can meet these demands and contribute effectively to the pursuit of justice.
3.4) How did you hear about this position?
