The San Andreas Judicial Branch is proud to announce the launch of a new initiative designed to streamline and expedite the judicial process for misdemeanor cases. Starting immediately, misdemeanor bench trials will be implemented to provide a faster and more efficient judicial procedure, ensuring timely justice for all parties involved.
A bench trial, as defined by the State of San Andreas, allows a judge to act as the fact-finder, focusing on the legal and procedural issues of a case.
