Thank you for your inquiry.

The device was located on the fire escape of a building opposite the Mission Row Station. No culprits were apprehended, as the device was put in place, enabled, and left.

Criminal codes are currently being reviewed and proposed to the House of Representatives for review and introduction into the San Andreas Penal Code.
