Los Santos:In June, our department welcomed ten (10) new cadets from two different academies. With the influx of fresh faces, the dedication and hard work of our Field Training Officers has been crucial. One officer, in particular, shone brightly. Police Officer III Ashley Flores, who joined us in early February, quickly proved her exceptional skills and dedication.
Officer Flores quickly progressed through the ranks, recently promoted to Police Officer III in early June due to her outstanding efforts. She has impressively conducted a total of eleven (11) sessions, including seven (7) Field Training Sessions and four (4) Field Practice Sessions and her efforts have been noted and appreciated by Field Training Division command.
Therefore, we are thrilled to announce Officer Flores for her outstanding contributions by naming her the Field Training Officer of the Month for June. Her dedication and hard work are very valuable to our division and cadets.
