A Notice of Activation was entered in the above case on 14th of August, 2024.
The case of the State of San Andreas v. Phil Russo is hereby activated by this Court under #24-CM-0057.
Pursuant to the Defendant's request for a Bench Trial schedule, this case is hereby activated.
At this time, the Prosecution is ordered to provide the Arrest Report and/or any supporting documents to be utilized by the Court during the Bench Trial, and conduct the necessary efforts to ensure the presence of a State Representative (Legal Affairs Delegate, Arresting Officer, Prosecutor).

INCIDENT NARRATIVE
- Incident Date: 30/JUN/2024
Explain what happened, sufficient detail must be given to justify the placed charges, videos could be provided.
- Detective Edward Linton, while operating under 3-G-12, was inside City Parking when the suspect came speeding down Elgin Ave. The suspect drifted through the incorrect lane into City Parking. Detective Linton attempted to speak with the suspect; however, he continued going. The suspect then left City Parking going 95 km/h. A traffic stop was initiated, with the suspect being charged. He was then taken to Mission Row and processed.
EVIDENCE DETAILS
- Document the possessions confiscated from the arrested suspect.
Possessions are to be documented individually, examples of documented illegal possessions are "Pistol .50" or "12 grams of Cocaine". Legal possessions that can be categorized may be grouped, eg. "Clothing" to describe all clothing items. Body camera footage/pictures may be attached as an evidence exhibit.
Where possible, the serial number of each firearm seized as evidence should be noted.

I acknowledge receipt of the "NOTICE OF ACTIVATION, DISCOVERY & TRIAL SCHEDULING
MISDEMEANOR BENCH TRIAL" from Justice @Antonio McFornell and the "MOTION FOR DISCOVERY" from Attorney General @Terence Williams.
This notice is to inform you that I will be representing myself. If I do anything incorrect my bad, Im to lazy to read any policy. That's why I pay taxes to help you guys!
At this time, I am requesting that my trial be postponed. Something came up outside the city that I need to handle. I apologize for any inconvenience. ((Same thing icly, something came up that I need to handle.))

A decision was reached in the above case on the 25th day of November, 2024.
Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be involuntarily dismissed. The defendant was given ample time to interact and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like.
