Case Information
- Incident Date: 30/JUN/2024
Witness Information
- Name: Lex Roth
Date of Birth: N/A
Phone Number: N/A
Occupation: Deputy Chief, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
- Hello, I have nothing more to add as the arrest report clearly specifies the reason that the subject was arrested;
Ringo Dingo spotted multiple cruisers performing a traffic stop on a gang-related vehicle. He then made a U-Turn and parked his Mule in the middle of the road. After multiple warnings to remove his Mule as it was impeding traffic and leave away from the scene, while masked and with a camera in his hands, approaching the officers and the vehicle that we were pulled over, we decided to identify him and give him one more chance to leave which he did for 30 seconds.
He then returned back to the scene without moving his mule, this time without a mask again with the camera, exactly behind the Officers. I then approached him and asked him to leave once again to which the subject never complied with that. I explained to him that he was interfering with Police Business and delaying the investigation by taking our sights from the vehicle we were pulled over.
The subject wanted to open a conversation apparently as he believes that he is a Reporter, which he is not, and I am not going to stay on a scene to argue with someone who cannot understand simple things after 6 times of explaining. He then got arrested for Failure to Comply and Obstruction of Justice.
Witness Affirmation
- I, Lex Roth, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))
Signed,

LEX ROTH, Deputy Chief

Witness Information
- Name: Lance Sage
Date of Birth: 03/JUL/1995
Phone Number: 263-3763
Occupation: Police Detective II, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
- During a traffic stop conducted by Detective I Sebastian Knight on a gang-affiliated Jugular, Detective II Lance Sage and Deputy Chief Lex Roth arrived as backup. During the stop, a black mule parked right behind the last cruiser. The driver stepped out and ran to the Jugular, starting to record using his camera. He was then approached by Detective Sage, who asked him to give them some space and move back to safety. The cameraman, identified as "Ringo Dingo," did not comply with the detective's request and responded with comments such as "Fuck you, get away from me" and "Fuck off."
At the same time, Deputy Chief Lex Roth noticed the mule parked behind them, impeding traffic. He used the megaphone to ask Ringo to move the mule. Ringo refused to move his truck or keep his distance from the traffic stop, causing a distraction to the ongoing investigation with the Jugular.
Ringo Dingo received multiple orders from Detective Knight, Detective Sage, and Deputy Chief Roth, yet he refused to comply. Therefore, he was arrested accordingly.
