- 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200 word minimum)
- From my childhood I have taken an interest in the classic "right and wrong" and as I grew up, this became an interest in how that applies to others and the world at scale. In my time as a bus driver and since moving to Los Santos, I've only had the chance to have my interest in these processes spiked. Watching the police do their job and very recently getting the opportunity to go on a ride-along. I want the chance to ensure that people are fairly tried and given the chance to be fairly punished - or properly freed and compensated - for their cases before the trial. I am driven by my emotions but I believe I am smart enough to make sure I do not allow them to make my decisions for me. As a result, I am very good at keeping my composure and not waning in the face of struggle or difficulty. Further, I am fascinated by the law and judicial practices. As a former bus driver I am already dedicated to filling the role of a "public servant". I'm eager to learn and excited at the opportunity to take the Bar test and one day become an attorney to help the state and it's citizens in every way I can.
- I have already mentioned my impartiality, ability to keep a calm demeanor and how excited I am to fill this role but I'd also like to talk about my other qualities. I love learning, I like to take on new ideas and concepts and allow them to consume me so that I may grow into the role or responsibility that required me to learn it in the first place and truly give it my all. I am compassionate, as someone who may be working with those who are of an unfortunate background or troubled life it's important that I treat them as an equal and I believe it's important to treat everyone, even strangers, as the person they are or want to be. A criminal who chose a life of crime still deserves a fair sentence, even if I disagree with their lifestyle choice.
- Friendly. I understand this may be a word a lot of people choose to align themselves with but I really mean it. I've developed a strong neutrality, for lack of a better word. I'm not really bothered by much of anything or anyone and I try to use my slightly less emotional state to my advantage. I don't lose or gain anything out of treating anyone like a friend, but I understand that it means the world to them and in a way the silent understanding that my actions are being perceived positively *is* what I get out of being friendly. I want people to be able to trust me, to come to me with any and everything and that's really important in my hopeful capacity as a member of the Judicial Branch. The Judicial Branch holds the power to interpret and enforce the law and it's my belief that neutral, but caring, is an important quality to the state.
- I sought out this position and learned about it through the Government Information Posting.

- My professional background is in Software Engineering and Community Management, I spend a lot of time talking to strangers and explaining the complicated parts of my job to people who may not work in that industry. I hope for that to transfer well here!
